Caesars Palace Las Vegas Rooms will be available to registrants at the special rate of $229 per night for Deluxe Rooms, single or double occupancy, subject to tax and resort fees. This special rate is valid the nights of November 13-16 and is available to reserve until October 22, 2025 or until all 300 blocked rooms are taken. Once these are taken, regular hotel rates will apply.

AAP-CA disclaims any responsibility for hotel arrangements. We recommend you make reservations far in advance of the meeting since we have been assigned a limited number of rooms.

Cancellations must be received by Caesars Palace at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
