AAP California is comprised of AAP California Chapters 1, 3 and 4 and represents more than 3,000 primary care and subspecialty pediatricians across California. We’re committed to the attainment of optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children, adolescents, and young adults living in California.
AAP CA Chapters advocate together at the state level on hundreds of bills each year, as well as on statewide ballot measures and in court cases on behalf of children and pediatricians.

As a Chapter Member, you are provided time-efficient, streamlined tools to effectively advocate in dozens of areas, including health care access, vaccines, reimbursement, immigrant health, gun violence prevention and strategies to support your patients and your practice safely through the COVID19 pandemic.
You are kept up-to-date on public policy issues that matter to you and your patients, and with your VIP Chapter Member status your questions are promptly answered by our Senior Advocacy and Policy staff and Leadership.

As a Chapter Member, you receive Members-Only discounted registration at world-class California AAP Chapter Continuing Medical Education meetings.
